I had a fantastic stay at a great hostel in Baños. The location was perfect, close to the hot springs and waterfalls, and far enough from the downtown for a quiet night. The staff was very helpful, giving me useful information about the area and helping me with tour arrangements. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was a tasty and convenient start to my day. I highly recommend this hostel for a wonderful stay in Baños.

Value for money was exceptional, with a room that had a great view, balcony, and even a hammock. The location in the quiet part of town was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

We had a wonderful stay at Hostal & Spa Casa Real. the breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with fresh fruits, juices, herbal tea, and tasty jams and butter. the staff, especially Luis, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Luis even assisted my friend with making a flight reservation. the location of the hotel was perfect, offering a beautiful view and close proximity to the waterfall and hot springs. We also enjoyed the peaceful garden in front of our room. the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Loved lounging on the balcony hammocks and enjoying the free WiFi in all areas. Also, enjoyed the convenience of bike hire for breakfast, even though the spa facilities were an extra charge. Brilliant!
Oh, how I adored the "spa facilities" that were just a distant dream. but hey, who needs them when you have a balcony hammock!

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to provide recommendations and assistance. They were knowledgeable about the local area and made great suggestions for things to do and see. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was situated in a quiet part of town, away from the noise and hustle, but still conveniently close to the main attractions. the fact that the hotel had a sauna and jacuzzi was a definite plus. It was a great way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
The room. It did not match the description that was advertised, which was a letdown.

I always choose this place for my stay because of its helpful staff and the range of amenities it offers. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, laundry facilities, and an outdoor dining area. They even helped me with local delivery recommendations on my first stay. Great location, close to thermal baths and waterfall view from balcony. Lovely breakfasts and friendly staff. Helpful with organizing bike rental, massage, and resolving reservation issues. Highly recommended.
